Hello kitties, hope your week has been a good one so far! I want to take a moment to send some good thoughts and wishes to all those affected by the hurricanes. Hoping if you're living someplace that's been ambushed by the storms that you and your loved ones are safe and dry.
Here the heat wave has continued, and I self-authorized a sick day and spent some time at the beach just down the road from my house.
I've been down with the flu for the past few days, and since I'm of the mind that the best way to knock a cold is a bit of sunshine and clean sea air, I spent some time playing with some pens and paints and doing some {spendy cat} dreaming at the beach yesterday.

I LOVE that illustration, so sweet and pretty. I too wouldn't mind some french lingerie and a pair of Charlotte Olympia's cat shoes.
PS: Thank you for sharing the story about your dog. I noticed Frankie eating grass too in the days leading up to her being ill. :(
Drawing always makes me feel good. I'm still making my list from last season, lol. I hope you get better soon, and what a great way to spend time by the beach. I think I would definitely take that Jil Sander gift certificate, love that one! xo

You are so right. The only way to get over a flu is to actually have a good rest, otherwise it stays with you for a long time and every day is a drag.
And it looks like you had a very good day. I love how you spent it - in the sun, being creative. That illustration is fabulous and so funny.
Enjoy the sunshine while you can. Weather in London is,... Well as usual, raining, cold, grey and windy!

Oh feel better Mary Jo. I have been going along one step at a time. There's so much to do this time of year with the kids and the holidays, I'm thankful that work has been light.

I have never had a wish list. I go shopping frequently wherever I am in the world and buy what suits me.
