Today's Eye on Style guest, Katie, who writes Katie Lady Loo, always makes me laugh every time I stop by her blog. I enjoy her style in life and fashion and think you will too!

occupation: Graduate Student
wearing: Forever 21 Blouse, J.crew Shorts, Target Shoes
favorite designers: I absolutely love J.crew and Free People! In my dream fairytale world my closet would be full to the brim with fancy shmancy designers but bummer for me (understatement) my job as professional student doesn't pay well. In fact I seem to be doing most of the paying...unfair. I would also like to get some Marc Jacobs and Chloé loving in my closet. Anyone want to hook a girl up? No? Too bad. Oh well, I'll keep lusting after them in magazines until I either A.) Start panning for gold or B.) Win the lotto, whichever comes first.
what style means to katie: I think fashion is the first thing we communicate with people, before I even open my little mouth (this is a fact. I have a small mouth, ask my dentist) you have already taken in the way I present myself and developed opinions based solely on my outfit. What a fun challenge! Everyday when we get dressed our personal style represents a direct reflection of what makes us, us!

What a fun read but Katie I have the smallest mouth in the world! Do you also feel your dentist is going to rip your mouth apart? He uses kid size equipment on me!

Clothes do play a major role in the way we present ourselves to us and to the others. So, yes, we have to pay attention to that. It is a reflection of us as individuals. xo
