What's crumbling, elegant, palatial, and bathed in muted pinks, reds, milky teals, shimmery blacks and bronzed terracotta golds? Venice, of course! The backdrop for a slew of swoon-worthy ad campaigns, the fashion world has turned a dreamy eye on Venice, and I'm loving the tone of fall 2011 .
My favorite model Coco Rocha, graces the Americana Manhasset 2011 Fall Campaign.
And of course, my head is still spinning from the ultra beauty of Robert Polidori's campaign for Bottega Veneta. Pure glam!
I'd like to stay in Venice awhile this morning, so please don't wake me! Did the weekend treat you well? What are you dreaming of this morning?

I was still gushing over Bottega Veneta's campaign, hadn't seen this one with Coca yet. Stunning as well!! Love the surrealism in the use of light. Just beautiful.
Now I'm dreaming of Venice! I was there once in 1997, hostel and backpacking style. I would love to go back to Italy someday when I can afford a decent hotel!
I love Coco rocha, is one on my favorite model too.
She's so unique and elegant. Really perfect.

I ADORE the new Bottega Veneta campaign - simply stunning. I hadn't seen the Manhasset ads but they are beautiful as well. I am embarrassed to admit that I have never been to Venice - many other and more obscure places in Italy but never there!! Needless to say it's on my bucket list!!

I can't get the Bottega Veneta campaign out of my head! It's so gorgeous. Hadn't seen the Coco Americana one yet. That's equally as fabulous. It all makes me want to hop on a plane back on over to Venice. It's such a magical place :) xoxo

gorgeous shots! i went to Venice when i was in high school and it was magnificent. the jewelry is beautiful, the clothes are lovely and the scenery is amazing here!
had a great weekend though a couple funny incidents with the girls. yikes!

You're right - I noticed this too. Have never been to Venice but it's so idyllic to be unreal. Agree with you about that gold make-up - amazing!
Oh to be in Venice...swoon! I love every image, although, I am seeing a lot of bright/happy colors around this autumn too...typical oranges and rusts and eggplants...then with dashes of green, it's fun stuff!!
Glam in Venice? Yup, I'm sold. How I'd love to walk those streets in some great gold jewelry and a dramatic dress. That would be such a treat.
