shiny object of desire: its-laS-tik giveaway!

I know you have a green bag. I can just tell. But do you have a bouncy cute metallic green bag? You might if you win TrustYourStyle's Its-laS-tik giveaway!

I'm always happy when something that's good for the planet is actually stylish! Its-laS-tik bags reduce the need for paper and plastic--trust me, you're going to reuse this bag over and over. It's so cute it's hard to believe that it's actually green! I'm such a smitten fan that I keep my silver its-laS-tik tote tucked inside my every day handbag! My favorite part about the whole Its-laS-tik concept is that this company gives you the opportunity to recycle--once you're through with your its-laS-tik bag, if you send it back, the recycled bags will be re-created as rag rugs and other products, giving its-laS-tik a second life.

One more really wonderful thing is that Sue Princiotto, owner of what'Surbag™ and its-laS-tik®, wanted to give back to New Orleans in whatever way possible, so in an attempt to put money back into a struggling and deserving economy, almost every aspect of the product is outsourced to native New Orleans residents. The bags are manufactured in a factory run by a New Orleans native and survivor of Hurricane Katrina, and even the packaging and labels are created and distributed by a business established in New Orleans in 1948.

I have TWO great giveaways for you! The FIRST giveaway is a shiny Large Tote, Grocery Bag, and Cosmetic bag -- the SECOND giveaway is a Backpack, Grocery Bag and Cosmetic bag. Winners get to pick out the colors of their choice--exciting no?!

What are you waiting for my bright and shiny readers??? Tell me why you'd like to win one to be entered to win. If you sign up to follow me on Twitter or Google Friends (all you need to do is click on the buttons on the top right hand index of my blog) and then leave a comment with your email letting me know that you did and you'll earn an extra chance to win! Good luck!
In case you just can't wait, visit the its-laS-tik shop to snag one for your very own. Did I mention they're affordable too!
** Before I sign off: Congrats to the winners of last week's Yak Pak Liberty Bowlers, Soma Bhattacharya & Paula Cadill are the winners! **

I'm following you on Twitter. Those bags are gorgeous! bellasosavvy at gmail dot com
I love the look of these bags. Never owned a Yak Pak. I love the bright shiny colors and would love to shop with one of these. Awesome giveaway!
I would LOVE one of these bags! Being a magazine addict, I order quite a few monthly from my fav. little book shop, and rather than taking a plastic bag for my magazines, I would rather carry them in a fashionable bag such as this! These bags would be perfect for carrying magazines, groceries, books, or even when traveling.
What a giveaway, Mary Jo!
:)
Love these trendy green shopping bags. So chic and eco friendly too. I would love to own one of these!

I always carry a huge bag of "necessary things that I can't live without while I am supposed to be working aka my books, magazines, etc." This would be PERFECT! :)
Mary Jo, those bags are MUCH more savvy and chic than what I carry around...for sure!! And I love how even these can be recycled. There's always someone with a great idea isn't there??
Um I'd like to win one because they rock (also, similar to Raccoons I'm attracted to shiny objects...)
Let me just tell you right now...I am OBSESSED with anything shimmery/sparkly. Sparkle is my sustenance! I want one of these bags so, so much - I am DYING just looking at them!! :)

I would love one because I really need a green bag that easily fits into my purse. All my other ones don't fit and they aren't this shiny!

Love these bags! I have a lot of "green" bags but none like this.

"When women are depressed, they eat or go shopping. Men invade another country. It's a whole different way of thinking"
Sounds funny but that is so true!
I believe shopping has always been an integral part of the feminine world. Whether you are a mineral makeup fanatic or a sporty Nike fan, girls like us need no occasion and no reason. And you know what, no matter what we do, we love to do it with style! But what about doing grocery? Naa..not really a catchy idea.
That's why when I looked into your dazzling its-laS-tik bags, I told myself yippee what a great way to put in all the grocery and look stylish! Gone are the days when you only use the white plastic bags for stuffing your cereals and veggies and buns.
With the shiny hand bags I can walk out of Walmart looking trendy instead of bored and carry all the coupons without looking messy. How adorable are the glossy metallic colored bags. I can even carry them to the library and bring home my favourite books. Don't miss the best part, these bags are eco-friendly as well. When we are talking of keeping Earth green, this is a fabulous way of buying re-usable products, is it not? I am happy and so is my planet.
Did you just turn your head and look at me? That's cuz I am carrying my its-las-tik everyday handbag with me!
are you kidding me with these bags!?!?! crushing HUGE on them. love the tote, grocery, cosmetic!!!
the blue and silver are the prettiest, in my opinion.

i love that tote bag & it will be perfect for spring!
I would love to win one of those shiny bags because I could use some shiny in my life right now. Thanks!
p.s. I receive your blog feed and I follow you on twitter.
Following you now on Twitter too!
I never like to enter giveaways as a general rule, but I'll make an exception this time because these bags are fun and good for the environment. I always use canvas bags to do groceries or when I go to the drug store (which ends up ebing everyday when you have two kids!), so I'd love to have one that didn't make me cringe with embarrassment when I pull it out at the counter.
