eye on style: brenna redux

Hi everyone, I'm wrapping up the week with a Friday Eye On Style. You may remember Brenna, a previous Eye on Style guest. She emailed me saying, "my style has changed a lot. I think it has become much more sophisticated, I mean now that I'm the big 1-6, I think something about me had to change :)...Come on, how could I not give Brenna a chance for a fashion redux?

wearing: Hat and tanktop from Forever21. Jeans, Jacket, and Scarf from Charlotte Russe. Shoes from Target.
favorite designers: Marchesa, Balmain, Zac Posen
what style means to brenna: I think my style has changed a lot over the past year. I have honestly stopped caring what people would think of my outfits, and I finally dress for myself. Not for a boy I liked, my friends or my parents. I am more willing to take chances now than I was this time last year. A year ago, I would look in the mirror before I left for school and say to myself... "What would I think if I saw this on someone else?" What kind of idea is that?! I wouldn't wear a more "rebellious" jacket because I was afraid of what people would think. My style this year, is more stylish and relaxed. I like it, so I'm going to wear it. End of story.

..except when I walk through the door, the sign on the store front changes to "Forever 41"...! ;P
