One day she arrives wearing nothing but her birthday suit. The next thing you know, she's got a big head, pink eyes and is jetting off to Tokyo for a photo shoot in a Mary Jo Matsumoto couture MDM (made-to-measure) dress.
CWC International just sent me their new book Blythe Fashion Obsession, featuring 100 Blythe dolls that have been styled head to toe by fashion designers and artists around the world. My little baby is included in this new book hot off the press! While I have been slaving away working, my dear Blythe celebrated her 8th Anniversary with a charity event at the upscale shopping center Omotesando Hills in Tokyo. Some of the designers in this year's event include Devi Kroll, Built by WENDY, BUST Magazine and Charlotte Ronson.
I'll try and get some proper photos from the gorgeous book posted asap. There are some amazing outfits that are better seen than described, so stay tuned.
I want to give a big thank you to Junko Wong, Koko Nakano and everyone at CWC International for their generosity and the opportunity to be part of this event!

Drivethruvintage: thanks, I'm glad you like the dress. Yes, I do have a people-sized version in the same fabric that I think is even prettier. It was super hard to translate the collar to such a teeny size. I have an oversized gray knot clutch too in my new line...
