Awhile back I saw these amazing plates on a design blog and I was dying to know where you could buy them, but there seemed to be absolutely no way to track them down. They were Swedish, the website appeared to be in Swedish, and it didn't look like they shipped to the U.S.
Welcome to the world of blogging/internet miracles. An email arrived in my inbox last night from Tiffany Orvet, explaining that she just happened to notice that I left a comment on style-files wondering if Lisa Bengtsson's decorative plates were available in the US. Tiffany went on to introduce me to her new shop www.fromsthlm.com, where a new independent Swedish designer is featured with their top products for sale every month. This month they're featuring Lisa Bengtsson and four plates from her series "Between Us Women."
