I think you're going to love today's Eye on Style guest! Brenna's blog Fashion.Love. caught my eye the other day and I decided to find out more about her. Imagine my surprise when Brenna sent over a photo that looked right out of the pages of an Anthropologie catalog!
Wearing: coat and jeans from forever 21; Charlotte Russe scarf and bangles; Payless shoes; headband from Mejier.
Brenna couldn't decide on which look to submit so she sent several. They were all so adorable, I decided to run each one of them. Hello Seventeen and Teen Vogue--you might want to check this out! Oh, did I mention Brenna is 15 and still in high school? Just goes to show style is truly ageless.
Wearing: Old Navy sweater dress and boots; socks from Meijer; gold charm necklace from Forever21.
Wearing: Jeans, shoes, and blazer from Forever21; red tank top from Kohls; white lace shirt From BCBGMAXAZRIA; pin on blazer from Forever21. {mj: LOVE this look!}
Wearing: shirt from Kohls (in men's section); jeans by Forever21; Old Navy boots.

Brenna on style: I think style is all about having fun and experimenting. Don't hold back! Wear what you want to, even if it's a garbage bag, but you have to embrace it. Be confident in whatever you're wearing and it will look good. The beautiful thing about fashion is that as soon as you put on an outfit that you love, your confidence sky rockets and you feel amazing! I don't think it is always about following trends but it's about wearing what you want to and not caring what other people say or think. That, to me, is making style your own. Being a trend-setter, not a follower. I'm not saying you always have to think out of the box and set a new trend everyday, but once in a while you need to do something new with what you have, even if you don't have much.
