Balmain opened Paris Fashion Week with a rock'n'roll look that seemed to resonate pleasantly with the fashion crowd. It had just enough couture detailing to elevate it far above street wear, yet no doubt knock-offs have begun.

If you feel the urge to revisit the 80s poof skirt, this short little version at Balmain would be the one to chose.

In a season of overt replicas of 80s bedazzled dresses, I thought this version captured a modern sleek silhouette.

Lingerie inspired attire at A. F. Vandevorst. Loving the gray legs for spring!

I know this look isn't for everyone, but in a season that will be seeing a lot of lingerie and bustier/corset revists, I thought this one by A. F. Vandevorst is simple and updated with a twist--and like the pop of opaque gray legs.

Anne Valérie Hash had some beautiful painterly prints that caught my eye--so beautiful!

Also love this simple cut white cotton lace dress she did. I think it's great to always have a killer long white dress for summer dinner parties.
