Hello Trust Your Style Readers, I'm so happy to be guest blogging over here from my blog Maquette. I love MJM's sense of style and color so I thought I'd put together a post about both (check out my new patterns to see if you think so too). Sometimes I'm so drawn to certain colors. They're usually dreamy and somehow strike a balance between rich and soft. I was thinking it would be fun to compile a little decor color palette and see if I could find matching colors in fashion and beauty. I'd love to live in and wear these colors:
Bright Berry Magenta:
1 Timorous Beasties wallpaper
2 Nanette Lepore bad-girl sandal
Bright Cyan:
3 Blue Dot Dodu bed
4 Bare Escentual Ponder eye-shimmer (in blue-green)
Cherry and Marigold:
5-6 Anthropologie Emile Chair & Huomenta table
7-8 MJM clutches
I think someone should whip up a batch of French macarons in these delectable hues. Who's up for it? Ok you can stop oogling the Nanette Lepore shoes. They're my ultimate dream!

Admire you work and love your happy gathering of stylish finds. The colors are playful, fun and hip.
Perhaps we could share those sandals, size 10 here.
They would certainly make me have happy feet!

I'm 8.5 so we're safe. But I think they're dangerous in that other people would not be able to take their eyes off our shoes to see where they're going!
