chocolate pearls (of wisdom)

Meeting people through the internet has such terrible connotations, but my life would be much less rich without it. I have met so many wonderful designers and artists via the internet, and through these creative souls, more have contacted me--like Samantha Hahn, who I ended up collaborating with on a set of gorgeous illustrations for my line. I feel so lucky to have met her!
I equally adore all the people who stop by and brighten my day with comments, like super talented Patricia at PVE Design. There's a lot of you, so please forgive me for not mentioning everyone!
Last week I started emailing a few of the people who entered my TYS Birthday Celebration drawing last year about trading links, but have not gotten very far into my list. Gwen at Big Daddy Seashell was one of the people I actually emailed and she just wrote the sweetest write up for trustyourstyle here--so thank you Gwen! Big Daddy Sea Shell has some great crafts to try out, so please check it out.
And what would I do without my girls over at Coutorture? They have featured TrustYourStyle so many times as a Must Read, and just last week, featured my post on the Pain and the Pleasure in their Everyday Torture round up. Love you guys!
So please email me if you have a stylish blog--from crafty to couture--and would like to trade links! My chocolate pearl of wisdom today is that it pays to have internet friends!

I totally concur! I'm the lucky one though.
Thank you, thank you, thank you! It means a lot to me that you were so thoughtful to mention my little post on my relatively new little blog. You are an absolute dear & meeting people over the internet ROCKS!
You're both so sweet--I feel like the lucky one to get to meet all of you!
